• What is course endorsement?

  Endorsement is a process of evaluation carried out by NIOQ on a learning provider’s course content. The process ensures the quality of the materials that are provided to learners.

• Why do my courses need to be endorsed?

  Endorsing your courses proves that you are committed to providing learning materials of the highest quality, while demonstrating that your course content has completed a rigorous quality control process.

• Who can apply for endorsement?

  Anyone. You could be just starting up as a learning provider, or an established education institution looking to move to an alternative certificating organisation. We are happy to endorse all courses that have completed our quality control process.

• How is NIOQ different to other certificating organisations?

  We offer a bespoke service, tailored to your needs. Your dedicated NIOQ account manager will guide you through your application, making the process as smooth as possible. As an NIOQ centre you can also benefit from the access we can provide to our wide network of course developers, subject area experts, and moderators.

• I am a distance learning provider with no physical learning centre. Can I still apply?

  Yes! We are a modern business and understand that it may not be practical for us to visit you in person. Therefore our quality control process has been developed to work completely online.

• How much does it cost to have a course endorsed?

  We charge based on the number of units in a course. This is a set fee and there are no hidden costs. We are also pleased to offer a tiered pricing structure for large volume endorsements.
